Description
This listing is for an exact color REPRODUCTION of the original generic wrist hang tag for the fabric TALKING Dolls & the MRS. BEASLEY doll made by the Mattel doll company in the 1960's.  If you have any of these dolls, this is a good replacement for the original tag.   The Mattel Company used this tag on many of the talking dolls (Mrs. Beasley, Bugs Bunny, Mother Goose, Mr. Ed, T-Bone, the Pitter Pals, Scooba Do, Drowsy, Porky Pig, Woody Woodpecker, Casper, Teachy Talk and others).   I have shown only a partial photo of the front of the tag.      This tag is made on professional acid free card stock.   This tag is historically accurate( the same size, color and shape of my original tag).   Only a few boxes of the Mrs. Beasley dolls have been found with this tag inserted in them.   Most Mrs. Beasley boxes had no tags in them.
This tag is dated 1961, but was used on later Talking dolls as well.    1961 dolls were Matty Mattel and Sister Belle.   1962 dolls were Casper and Shrinking Violet.  1964 dolls were Drowsy and Patters Pitter pals.  1965 was Herman Munster.    In 1966 there were many dolls made: Porky Pig, Woody Woodpecker, Bozo, Mr. Ed, Bugs Bunny , Biff Bear etc.
