This is an enchanting and exquisite antique carnelian shell and 14K white gold cameo brooch measuring 1 3/4 inches (44.2MM) long by 1 1/4 inches (35.5MM) wide with a hidden folding bail enabling it to also be worn as a pendant. The impressive cameo features a woman of stature and prominence with a leaf and grapes wreath adorning her hair. She wears a white gold pendant necklace prong set with a full cut, fully faceted, natural, genuine, untreated, bright and fiery .05CT round European cut diamond of K color and SI1 clarity with no chips or cracks. The cameo is bezel set in a stunning, intricate 14K white filigree detailed frame with ribbon corner accents. The brooch is in amazing condition with no signs of repair and has a strong pin back with a safety. It has been professionally cleaned and brightly polished and would make a lovely addition to your jewelry collection. The pin is marked, tested and guaranteed 14K and weighs 11.6 grams. 19304
