Hand Painted Signed Portrait Cameo Pin/Pendant-18Kt/diamond

Description

This is a lovely portrait that is signed "Vela..."(can't read). It is stamped 750 816A on the back plate. It weighs 4.2 dwt and has 1 small diamond in the ear. I don't know it's age but it was purchased as a present in the late 70's. It measures 1 1/8 x 1 1/2" (3 x 4 cm). There has been a repair on one of the loops on the upper right side(3rd one down). Price based on 3.5 dwt.
