    Delivery to residential address, gated community, rural area, farm, construction site, airport / seaport,  municipal facilities and lift gate service (delivery without equipment to unload) are not covered by free shipping and additional charge will apply. Buyer is responsible for any additional charge that is not covered our free shipping program and we reserve the right to bill buyer if carrier charges us extra fees due to delivery address being non-commercial address.
