DLC codes, if any are still included, have likely been redeemed and are not expected to work. If the insert is still in the game we include it anyway for completeness for collectors, but we obviously can't test them or know if they have been used without redeeming them ourselves.
Games are tested on our systems before being posted. Should they end up not working, please send us a message.
Discs MAY HAVE scratches, sometimes even a decent amount of scratching! We do have a disc cleaner/resurfacer that we run rough discs through to clean up!
Discs/Cases/manuals MAY HAVE prior retail store stickers on them! We remove what we can, but you may need to do some additional clean up and removal!
Comes in a case (original or generic, I'm not well versed enough to always know if a case is a true original or if it is a generic/replacement style case)
Please see photos for what is included. If you don't see it pictured, it's not included. This will include the following: Cases, cover art, manuals, discs, etc as sometimes one of the above is missing from older/retro used games. If you don't see it in the photos, it is NOT INCLUDED.
We strive to have really clean copies, and that includes cases, art, manuals and discs (when they're included, because remember as mentioned above, sometimes some of these items are missing!). But again, they're mostly used copies so please expect normal signs of pre owned/used game conditions!
Everything is in good used condition. This means everything works fine, but please don't expect new condition. We try to clean up everything as much as possible, but please still expect normal signs of pre owned games. This includes stickers from game stores, or sticker residue!
Used games will show minor shelf wear on the case/artwork, and minor signs of use on the disc (this may include small scratches or scuffs that don't impact usability). Again, this is a used copy so please expect these minor imperfections/signs of use.
We'll try to always swap out broken or heavily used cases if possible, but sometimes cases will have some cracks/damages.
We have LOTS of other games posted so feel free to check those out and make offers on multiples!
We'll be more willing to work better deals on volume sales.
We love offers, but only reasonable offers! Offering 50% on asking price is not reasonable and will get declined.

Most of the items we sell are OPEN BOX, meaning they are new/unused, but they may have minor dings, box wear, etc.
Items are stored in a smoke free environment. Dogs are in the house, but no direct contact is not made. If you have severe pet/animal allergies, you may want to avoid our items.
All items are sold as is. They are fully described in the listing, and plenty of photos are added. Ask questions if you have any (before you buy or best offer please) ! :)
Any defects, flaws or damage will be noted. Please read the full description and view all photos before committing to buying, as all items sold AS IS.
Used items are USED. Do not buy them expecting a new item. Expect normal wear and tear... and whatever the description states.
We do not offer returns. Again, items are sold as is. Please make sure you fully read the listing, look at photos and ask questions BEFORE purchasing or sending in a best offer.

Items ship Monday-Friday, occasionally Saturday. We typically will ship same or next day, depending on purchase time. We will never ship out on Sunday.
All items will be posted with free shipping, unless they are extremely fragile/heavy. Please note, because we are offering free shipping, we will ship the most affordable option. If that is priority, then you will see your item faster! If it’s media mail, or parcel, you might not see your item for a week. Please let us know if you need an item faster, and we can offer you to pay for a faster shipping option if it is not the cheapest option for us.
Used items (clothes, cookware, etc.) will be freshly washed/cleaned before being sent to you. New items and Open box items WILL NOT BE washed/cleaned as not to ruin their "newness".
