This listing is for one Vintage Avocado Green American Family Kitchen Scale. This scale weighs items up to 25 pounds.
I tested this scale, and, it weighs items fairly accurately. It will never be as good as a digital scale; there will always be some margin of error with this type of scale. Right on the front of this scale it says: Not Legal for Trade.
This scale has some scratches and stains from use; it also has some spots of rust corrosion. The biggest spot of rust corrosion is on the right side (you can see this spot in picture #2). This scale is made out of metal except for the top plate that is used to place items on for weighing, the knob for setting the scale back to 0 and the black pointer on the front of the scale--these are all made out of plastic. It appears that the top of the knob, used for setting the scale back to 0, is missing; it is just the top, the rest of the knob is still there. Except for the rust and the top of the knob I just mentioned, this scale is in good used condition.
This scale is approximately 8 1/2 inches from front to back by 6 3/8 inches wide by 8 inches tall.
