VINTAGE VERY HEAVY LARGE 14K GOLD CAMEO PENDANT ITALY

This item for sale is a GORGEOUS, very heavy, very large, vintage, 14k solid yellow gold and genuine hand carved shell cameo pendant in perfect condition. That means no chips, no cracks. It is from Italy and marked 585 which is the European 14k mark. The pendant weighs 16.5 grams which is really heavy, lots of gold. The cameo lady is stunning! Please notice she is wearing a Victorian hair comb, earrings, and a necklace. The pendant measures 2.25 inches tall including the bale. It is 1.75 inches tall NOT counting the loop and is 1 & 3/8ths inch across. It is truly stunning!
