Shipping:
Lets face it, metal is heavy and costs a lot to ship so we ship USPS flat rate boxes because it is the best value and saves you a ton of cash. We try to ship within 1 or 2
business days
of payment  but please understand that delays are possible. The estimated delivery time displayed by eBay is an estimate only and does not take into account order volume, holidays, backlog, or other factors beyond our control but please be assured that we will always do our best to ship as soon as possible. Orders placed on Fridays will ship the following Monday or next working business day. Also we ask that you take into consideration that once we have done our part and have shipped your item(s) we have no control over the postal service so we can not trace, locate or speed up your delivery once the USPS has possession.
Returns:
We accept returns on most items but please be aware that as the buyer you are responsible for all return shipping fees and costs. To obtain a refund all returned items must be received in NEW, unused, unopened  and undamaged condition. All items
must
be well packed and shipped back to us using USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation as proof of delivery. A refund will be issued only if and when items are inspected by BWH and approved for a refund...if the refund is denied you (the buyer) will be responsible for postage and shipping fees to have the items returned to you.
